Are the utilities included in the weekly rent?
No, only water consumption is included. Utilities must be paid according to the bill you receive – electricity is billed quarterly and telephone billed monthly. The Internet and cable television can also be connected, but are an additional cost.
Please note: Varsity Towers and Varsity Shores include electricity as well within the overall rental fee. 
Can you find me housemates to live with?
Yes, we can match you with roommates in shared accommodation. Roommates can be either other students or non-students (i.e. corporates, families).
Can I find off-campus accommodation similar to Bond University’s on-campus accommodation for around the same cost ($130 per week)?
No, unless you are willing to be placed in shared accommodation which is very limited. Bond University is the only venue to offer accommodation at these very discounted rates. We can source shared accommodation for you in a suburb near Bond University.
Are apartment owners required to have a background check prior to accepting students?
No. If you would like to pay an additional fee and organise this for your own peace of mind, then you can do so with their permission.
How do I book once I know where I want to stay?

Can you tell me more about meal packages?
Bond University is the only accommodation venue to offer complete meal packages. This service is located on-campus for all Bond University students – you will need to direct all inquiries to www.bond.edu.au
Can you organise transfers from the airport to my apartment?
Yes we can.
