Cancellation Policy

Once you have confirmed your preferred accommodation option by paying a housing deposit, you may not recover this money if you simply decide to cancel your application.

In the case of serious medical illness, or a death in your immediate family that prevents you from continuing your studies at Bond University, an exception may be considered. In this case, a certificate or letter will be required to support your claim.
