John Belcher – Chairman
John was the President of the Queensland Residents Managers Association for a number of years, and chaired the body as State President from 1986 to 1989, representing the industry on numerous government policy-making committees.
Daniel Belcher – Managing Director
As a Bond University alumni Daniel believes that The Accommodation People has the unique ability to meet the accommodation demands of Bond University students. Graduating with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Daniel was recently accepted into Columbia Business School’s MBA program.
Terry Tzanetopoulos – Group General Manager
Formerly of Gold Coast Tourism, Terry brings a wealth of destinational tourism knowledge and experience to Sands Management Group. His expertise in local and international marketing and business development encompasses the tourism industry, government sector and the corporate environment. This effectively ensures that The Accommodation People’s commitment and service to Bond University’s accommodation requirements are of the highest standard.
Leah Matters – The Accommodation People Manager
With over 6 years experience in the hospitality and tourism industries, including reservation management and conference sales for corporate, government and PCO divisions, Leah’s extensive skill-set spans from initial guest contact and troubleshooting, to back-of-house operations and design.
