John Belcher – Chairman
John was the President of the Queensland Residents Managers Association for a number of years, and chaired the body as State President from 1986 to 1989, representing the industry on numerous government policy-making committees.
Daniel Belcher – Managing Director
As a Bond University alumni, Daniel believes that The Accommodation People has the unique ability to meet the accommodation demands of Bond University students. Graduating with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Daniel was accepted into Columbia Business School’s MBA program, and on completion gained employment with McKinsey & Company in New York. Daniel has returned to the Gold Coast and is now one of the directors of Sands Group.
Lisa Lobalzo – Director of Sales & Marketing
Lisa understands the unique needs of those travelling to Australia for an education as she completed a study abroad program at Murdoch University in Perth, WA. Lisa also has a Bachelor of Science (Summa Cum Laude) from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. She worked in sales and marketing for the past 7 years at American Airlines and American Express before joining Sands Group.
